    • Training on AVEVA PI System administration and its components, explaining the basic concepts of AVEVA PI System, interface administration, PI Data Archive administration, security and monitoring of AVEVA PI System. In this way Shahuindo personnel are able to configure and implement new and future interfaces to the AVEVA PI System, as well as OPC DA interfaces. They can also create models in PI Asset Framework to represent assets, attributes and perform calculations of important indicators.

It is also possible to visualize and monitor the operational process of the plant in real time from anywhere in the organization and not only from the plant.

    • PIPER Solutions accredited professionals performed the implementation of PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework and PI Vision. As well as the integration of signals with control systems such as ABB and Rockwell through OPC DA interfaces.

The project delivered new capabilities including a system observability panel, print-standard PDF dashboard export, responsive design, and a query inspector for data auditing — with full backward compatibility and zero rework on existing dashboards.

Implementation of PIPER Operational Intelligence Platform at Puerto Bravo Thermal Power Plant

PIPER Solutions implemented the PIPER Operational Intelligence Platform at Samay S.A.C.’s Puerto Bravo Thermal Power Plant to centralize, historize, and contextualize operational data from the GE Mark VIe control system.
